Here's the training tip of the month.
Have a plan....
Have a plan for everyday that you assist your client. Know what tasks you are going to do daily, weekly or even monthly. For example, one of your team members sweep and/or mops, wipes down all the counters, empty the garbage, wish dishes, disinfects and cleans the bathroom daily. Tasks such as dusting, laundry, vacuuming, changing the bed linen and errands are completed weekly. And she and her client both clean the fridge monthly. Now every client has different needs. Please think about the client's needs when completing your plan. Maybe even include the client so that the client can feel apart of their services. How you do it is up to you. Your team members just ask that you put forth your best efforts and always put your client's needs first.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, all staff members, associates and subsidiaries of Majestic PCS must comply with the policy and procedures for mitigating/minimizing the potential spread of COVID-19. Please complete Screening daily but asking the following questions:
1. Do you or anyone in the household have symptoms of Covid-19?
2. Does anyone in the household have a low grade fever?
3. Been exposed to anyone with confirmed case of Covid-19?
4. Have you or anyone in the household traveled to high alert regions?
Make sure to ask these questions everyday before your shift.. Record the answers on the calendar on your phone.
Pay dates are the 5th and 20th of each month. Your first pay day will be: March 20th.
